We are seeking a Sales Assistant in Boynton Beach, Florida. This role is instrumental in our sales department, focusing on the administration and coordination of all aspects related to sales contracts, customer deposits, closings, and customer care. The Sales Assistant will interact with various stakeholders including lenders, title agents, sales team, and home buyers. Responsibilities:• Administer and track all sales contracts, addendums, change orders, customer deposits, and closings• Maintain open lines of communication with lenders, title agents, sales team, and home buyers• Review, process, and assist in maintaining the accuracy of sales contract paperwork, backlog, and contingency reports• Coordinate customer closing appointments with Title Agent and customer, and manage overall closing schedules• Drive closings to completion to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business needs• Prepare, distribute, and maintain closing packages and permanent customer files• Review and file original closing documents, plans, lender letters, etc.• Supply title agent with closing documentation including final surveys, soil treatments, contracts, and certificates of occupancy to the home• Assist with sales training • Perform other related duties as assigned.
